At Smart Vacuum Cleaners, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the vacuum cleaner in its original packaging, ensuring all attachments, filters, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in good condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
